If the Longinus is not allowed to be in the hands of an angel, why did Ledah allow Ein to keep it then?
Also, why does it only have 1 use? I hate those one use items. :P ~~~ “Every path has its puddleâ€

The Longinus is also included in Evangelion. :P
According to Wikipedia, Longinus is also the name given in Christian mythology to the Roman soldier who pierced the side of Jesus on the cross. I always thought that it was the spear that was called Longinus, but then again, how many spears are actually given names? Edit: It turns out that the spear Longinus used is known as the Spear of Destiny, or Lance of Longinus.
