If you were able to use any of the other characters besides Lina, Fia, Serene, Cierra, Ledah, and Malice to battle with, who would you choose?

Ladie, Rebecca, and Soala. Ladie looks to be strong in hand to hand combat, Rebecca could use Talons, and Soala for magic. Only other addition might be Chappi. I would hope he would know how to use the weapons he forges.

But, Ladie wields a Spear, doesn't she? Why would she have to go into Hand-to-Hand combat when she could stab enemies with her Spear?

Chappi has that mallet thing going for him. I'm sure he knows how to use that at least.
I actually think that Reiche could be a good character to play. He collects so many shiny things, you never know when one can be used effectively as a weapon. He could be like one of those characters whose specialty is using random attacks. That's my 2 cents...oh wait, Australia doesn't use 2 cent coins anymore. My bad. ~~~  |

Except the all specialize in different things.
Cierra's best at the kaboom, Fia the healing, and then Soala is good at item creation (make new and powerful items all the time), Claude is good at identification, so he could likely find special areas, um.... Perhaps he could do other things? Alright, Claude is useless. He'd only be good for providing back story on all the locations and such.
