This week's theme is Chatspeak and/or L3375P34K.

Icons submitted must have text in either chatspeak or L337 visible on them--one, please, not both. If you have some aversion to phrases like LOL, OMGWTFBBQ, or KTHXBAI, use L337 instead. And if you find L337 hard to read or understand, you'd better stick with chatspeak.

For those who don't know, L337 is basically written by substituting numbers for letters--1 for I, 3 for E, and so on. (One of my horrendous old Serene icons has L337 on it, actually.) If you want to learn more about it, I suggest visiting the Megatokyo website and reading the webcomic. It helps.

Just as a reminder, Marionette isn't allowed to submit icons for the competition, although if she'd like to make chatspeak or L3375P34K icons for the site anyway that'd be great. She can submit to Week 12 though.

Let's try to get those icons in on Tuesday, okay?

Everybody do your best, especially because Mari's backing off and letting other people win for a week!
