I don't recall Ursula forcing Aghart to attack Ledah and Ein. It was more like "We both hate them so.... kill 'em?"

Also, when you fight Aghart the second time, is it the same Aghart you defeated the first time?

I think that Aghart's not.
But maybe Ledah and Ein though so because they only found demons in Heaven's gate, so, why not another demon as a boss?

Well, in the battle data he's not grouped with them at all. If you meant the Bestiary... Well, if you're going by the Bestiary, and by that logic of it, then the Zombie Dragon and Hades are grouped with the Sage and Fool, Ledah and Seth-Rah are grouped together, and Malice is the final boss of the game!
And the Dark Progenitors don't count because they're just one of those mechanics RPG makers use to add bosses to the final dungeon that seem like they actually have a story importance.

The Dark Progenitors still count. You know why? Because everything except for Aghart has been proven to be an Accursed. I think there's a reason that he's always there with them.
